The representation of clients in the Moscow office of International Legal Counsels PLLC focuses on the following areas and transactions:

• Representation of Russian, US and international clients in obtaining licenses in the Russian Federation relating to oil and gas exploration, operation of pipelines, broadcasting, telecommunication and construction projects;

• Negotiating complex production sharing agreements; and

• Legislation monitoring.
